    Sexual Activity Can Predict Cardiovascular Disease

    sex posSex not only make you feel good, sex is also good for the heart. The findings are published in the American Journal of Cardiology says that men with low frequency of sexual activity at greater risk of experiencing heart disease.

    Men who reported sexual activity once a month or less have an increased risk of heart disease higher than men who reported intercourse twice or more a week.

    Previous studies, bright researchers Susan A. Hall, PhD from the New England Research Institutes, has examined the relationship between erectile dysfunction and heart disease. But, this is the first study to look at the relationship between frequency of sexual activity and heart disease, irrespective of erectile dysfunction.

    The study involved 1165 men (average age 50) with no history of cardiovascular disease (such as heart disease, stroke, arterial disease) at the beginning of the study.
